Today, I had the honour of being invited to a heartfelt group therapy session organized by Creative Smile Rochdale. It was a space filled with courage, connection, and compassion.
The session brought together people from different walks of life—each carrying their own story of pain, loss, and resilience. As they shared their experiences, the room echoed with empathy, reminding us that healing begins when we feel heard and seen.
We started with grounding breathwork to help everyone settle into the moment. This was followed by inspiring motivational talks, uplifting our spirits with messages of hope and strength.
To close, we immersed ourselves in a gratitude-filled meditation—a beautiful reminder that even in life’s darkest moments, there is always something to be thankful for.
It was truly humbling to witness the power of vulnerability and human connection. Events like these remind us that we are never alone on our journey to healing.
